Hey, No Names of the World!
First of all, thank you for taking the time to come here and read this. We know that the last months were full of hardness and challenges, many of us are worn off by the pandemic, and everyone is busy getting through. So we appreciate your time!
Introduction
We are pleased once again to welcome you to NoNameCon – the largest practical cybersecurity event in Ukraine. NoNameCon 2021 will happen on September 02 and September 03, 2021, in Ukraine’s time zone (EEST). Once again, we are taking all activities online, including the main thread of insightful talks and multiple virtual activities: workshops, hacking villages, and a few surprises we keep as a secret for now.
As community leaders and conference organizers, our primary goal is to bring everyone in the industry together for productive knowledge exchange, professional debate, networking and socializing. Unfortunately, this year we will not yet arrange the main NoNameCon component, which is getting together physically. However, we are planning to do our best to get the most of the virtual format. Last year, that plan went pretty awesome!
We are keeping some of our ideas secret, not to spoil the surprise, but something we can share already.
NoNameCon mission
There are two main reasons why cybercrime is at all times high, and cyber conflicts are raging across the globe. First, the networks are insecure, and organizations are unprepared to defend themselves against cyberattacks. Second, talented youth have too few opportunities to earn using their knowledge of computer security legally. We at NoNameCon aim at resolving both these problems by doing our best to build a productive and engaging professional community in arguably the most cyber-turbulent region on the planet.

NoNameCon is a single-track conference with emphasis on practical aspects of the attack, defense, and research in cybersecurity. The talks on the main stage run in parallel with the series of other activities, such as workshops, villages, partner demonstrations, and competitions. We run multiple exciting social events, games, debates, and CTFs.
